Appetizers (choose one): 

• Chistorra Croquettes (4) Served with red mojo sauce (contains dairy, flour, peppers, garlic)\
• Caesar Salad with Chicken (The dressing contains eggs, anchovies (fish), mustard, soy, dairy, and croutons, which contain flour — can be removed in case of allergies. If the guest does not want chicken, it can be served without it.)
• Tuna Tartare Served with Japanese dressing, pickled cucumbers, pickled shallots, and croutons (contains soy)

Main Courses (choose one): 

• Salmon Served with cauliflower purée and asparagus (purée contains dairy)
• Gratinated Gnocchi Gnocchi with pomodoro sauce, gratinated with mozzarella cheese (contains dairy)
• Filet Mignon Milanesa Served with French fries or sweet potato fries (contains flour and eggs)
• Wagyu Skirt Steak +$10 Served with baked sweet potato, demi-glace, and criolla sauce (contains dairy)

DINNER MENU $65

• Brussels Sprout Salad Served on a base of homemade guacamole, toasted sliced almonds, pomegranate seeds, and Japanese dressing (contains nuts and soy)

• Porcini Ravioli with Veal Ragout
