Two prix fIxe menu options including lunch at $35 per person and dinner at $60 per person. 

LUNCH MENU:

Starter – Choose One:

  • Miso Soup – Traditional Japanese broth with silken tofu, seaweed, and scallions
  • Steamed Edamame – Young soybeans lightly salted, served warm in the pod

Bento Box

  • A harmonious medley of Japanese flavors:
  • Grilled Atlantic salmon glazed with a soy-citrus reduction
  • Seasoned sushi rice
  • Mixed greens with sesame dressing
  • Pork & shrimp gyoza, pan-seared to perfection

Dessert

  • Assorted Mochi – Delicate rice cakes filled with artisanal ice cream in rotating seasonal flavors

DINNER MENU:

Appetizer – Choose One:

  • Spicy Kimchi Edamame – Steamed edamame tossed with house-made fermented chili-garlic kimchi
  • Ebi Tempura – Lightly battered jumbo shrimp served with citrus-soy dipping sauce

Sushi Tasting – Choose One:

  • Acevichado Roll – Fusion-style ceviche roll with creamy Peruvian aji sauce
  • Hamachi Yuzu Kosho – Yellowtail nigiri with citrus chili
  • Salmon Aburi Nigiri – Torched salmon nigiri brushed with truffle oil

Entrée – Choose One:

  • Beef Udon Teriyaki – Tender beef with thick udon noodles in a sweet-savory teriyaki glaze
  • Shrimp Udon Teriyaki – Succulent shrimp atop stir-fried udon with teriyaki reduction
  • Chicken Yakitori – Skewered grilled chicken with tare glaze, served with seasoned sushi rice
  • Wagyu Yakitori – Grilled premium wagyu beef skewers, served with sushi rice
