Building

Capital Improvement Projects
The Office of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) oversees multimillion dollar investments in quality of life infrastructure including prioritization of sea level rise with stormwater and right-of-way neighborhood improvement projects, parking facilities, parks improvement projects, and sustainability and resiliency projects necessary to improve, enhance and maintain facilities and infrastructure to meet the service demands of residents and visitors to the City of Miami Beach. 305.673.7071
City Attorney

City Clerk
The Office of the City Clerk serves as the Municipal Secretary of the City, the Official Secretary of the legislative body and the Supervisor of Elections for the City of Miami Beach. The Office of Education and Performance Initiatives is vital to the development of community partnerships that enhance educational opportunities for Miami Beach residents and the implementation of performance initiatives that drive organizational improvements. Fire

Fire Division of Emergency Management
The City of Miami Beach is prepared to handle any emergency – from severe storms and hurricanes to potential health hazards. Our trained professionals in the Office of Emergency Management are responsible for the coordination of all emergency preparedness within the City of Miami Beach. Planning
