Rehabilitación de los apartamentos Madeleine Village y reemplazo del malecón

The City of Miami Beach is proud to announce that the Madeleine Village Apartments rehabilitation and seawall replacement project has been completed.

This project was made possible by federal funds provided by CDBG and HOME. The seawall replacement is a step toward achieving a more resilient waterfront and will help mitigate the effects of tidal flooding and rising sea levels.
