5-Year Consolidated Plan Public Meeting – General Meetings

These meetings will seek input from city residents.
The City of Miami Beach Office of Housing and Community Services is conducting a 5-Year Consolidated Plan Needs Assessment for the course of 2023-2028.
The Consolidated Plan identifies general community needs (such as housing, rental assistance, childcare, employment and public facilities) and provides a strategy for how U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (US HUD) grant funds, such as HOME Investment Partnership Program and Community Development Block Grant funds will be used over the next five years.
As an active Miami Beach resident, your input is needed. Your feedback will inform and help guide funding priorities in the City of Miami Beach for years to come.
