Enjoy the evening’s cooling breezes as the sun sets in Lummus Park. This class combines mobility and stability exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can safely perform. When regularly done, expect to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. This not only feels great but helps to protect your body from injury during your athletic endeavors, or daily life in general. A great way to end the day! Meet at 14th Street and Ocean Drive, by the boardwalk. Please register in advance.
