Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm ET on September 29, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide seawall construction services, as specified in the ITB.
A pre-bid conference will be held on September 06, 2023, at 2:00 pm ET. Attendance for the pre-bid conference shall be via web conference or telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
