Pre-Bid ITB 2024-263-LB REBID MBCC COOLING TOWER ROOF REPLACEMENT

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on May 3, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking roofing services for the replacement of the cooling tower roof at the Miami Beach Convention Center (“MBCC”).
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on April 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formerly known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
