Pre-Bid Meeting- ITB 2023-517-JP DOOR RELATED REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on September 21, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City is seeking bids from qualified door contractor(s) to provide the City with various routine door services on a time and materials basis, including parts, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision on an “as needed” basis, including emergency repairs.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on August 17, 2023, @ 10:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
