Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on May 20, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this RFP, the City is seeking the professional services of an experienced and qualified firm to provide security officer services.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on April 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
