Pre-Proposal Conference Pursuant to RFQ 2023-543-WG Custodial Banking Services

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on October 26, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this RFQ, the Finance Department seeks statements of qualifications from qualified custody banks to ensure its assets are well-protected and efficiently managed. Custody banks play a crucial role in the financial industry, particularly for institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, and investment managers who deal with a large volume of assets and require a reliable and secure partner to manage them.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held on September 28, 2023, @10:00AM.  Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
