Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Miami Beach Police Department (MBPD) Headquarters Renovation Project

Electronic responses will be received through Periscope S2G (formerly BidSync) until 3:00 PM on August 14, 2023. The purpose of this RFQ is select Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firms with the capabilities and experience to provide preconstruction services, and construction phase services via a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment for the implementation of the MBPD Headquarters Renovation Project.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
