Preproposal Conference Pursuant to RFQ 2024-246-WG REVENUE ENHANCEMENT STUDY FOR UTILITIES

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on May 22, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this RFQ, the City is requesting proposals from qualified firms experienced in conducting revenue enhancement studies. Revenue enhancement studies are also known as utility bill auditing or revenue recovery services. By way of this study, the City is seeking to identify and recover unread, misread, and unmetered water revenues. Additionally, the City seeks the resulting study to culminate in a written analysis wherein the determined cause(s) of revenue loss, including wastewater service problems, meter-related malfunctions, or lost accounts, are fully delineated and result in recommendations for future enhancements to correct the findings.
A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled to be held for April 23, 2024, @10:00AM. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
