TRAFFIC SIGNAL OPTIMIZATION SYSTEM

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on May 20, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). The purpose of this ITN is to seek proposals from qualified vendors in the field of automated traffic signal optimization systems.
A SECOND Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held on April 23, 2024, @ 9:00 A.M. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITN by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this ITN. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
