Anthony Maneiro joined the City Attorney’s Office in 2024 as a City Municipal Prosecutor. As such, he is responsible for the prosecution of criminal violations of the City's code of ordinances before the County Court in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida. Prior to joining the City, Mr. Maneiro worked within the private sector as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients throughout the State of Florida in multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to his time in the private sector, Mr. Maneiro served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit – Miami-Dade County. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Maneiro served, among other positions, as an Assistant Chief (AC) of County Court supervising a team of attorneys at the County Court level. He also handled numerous felony matters while serving within the felony division of the Office.
