Organizational Background
The City of Miami Beach has a management arrangement with Live Nation to operate and maintain the Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater located at 1700 Washington Avenue. Live Nation has agreed to work with the City regarding these significant necessary enhancements.
