Composition

Two (2) year term. Appointed by a minimum of 4 votes. Seven (7) members to be appointed by a majority of the entire City Commission, and who shall possess a high degree of competence in evaluation of art history and architectural history, art, architecture, sculpture, painting, artistic structure design and other appropriate art media for display or integration in public places.
