Convention Center Advisory Board

Composition:

The Board shall consist of seven (7) voting members. The Mayor and each Commissioner shall make one (1) direct appointment. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce or his/her designee, and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau or his designee shall each serve as a non-voting ex-officio member. An administrative representative from the management company for the Convention Center, Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the City Manager's office shall also serve as non-voting ex-officio members. A resident of the Palm View Neighborhood Association shall serve as a non-voting member.

 

Upcoming Meeting Dates

Unless indicated otherwise, meetings occur at 9:30 am at the Miami Beach Convention Center - OVG 360 Boardroom. (entrance is on the NE corner of Convention Center Drive by the North Loading Dock across the street from the Miami Beach Botanical Garden entrance).
