The City of Miami Beach has launched a social media drawing for SOBEWFF® via our Instagram channel asking followers to complete the steps outlined below to be entered into a draw to win two (2) General Admission tickets to the SOBEWFF® Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village- 2/23/25.
There will be only one winner selected for the 2-ticket prize being awarded.

How it will work:
One entry per person per social media channel. The contest for this prize is being promoted on Instagram. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the City of Miami Beach invalidating a participant’s entries.

- Share this post on your story using the hashtag #MiamiBeachGiveaway. (Don’t forget to tag us!)
- Tag the person you’d bring with you to the event in the comments on the Instagram post.
1. Eligibility
Must be 21 years or older to be eligible for the contest. Must complete all steps for contest to be eligible for random drawing. City of Miami Beach subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ and immediate family members are ineligible participate in the contest/giveaway. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsorship
Contest administered by the City of Miami Beach located at 1700 Convention Ctr Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139 with prize donated by the SOBEWFF® located at Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Biscayne Bay Campus, 3000 N.E. 151st Street, North Miami, FL 33199.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering your contest, participants agree to abide by the City of Miami Beach’s Official Rules and decisions. Miami Beach reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. By entering this contest participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
- The SOBEWFF® Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village- 2/23/25, promotion will run from Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 10 a.m. EST through Friday, February 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. EST.
5. Prize
- Only one person will be awarded the prize. This prize is not transferable. Acceptance of this prize grants the City of Miami Beach permission to use the winner’s entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
- One winner will receive a 2 pack of General Admission tickets to the 2/23/25 SOBEWFF® Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village, which is valued at approximately $558.

7. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected via a random drawing under the City of Miami Beach supervision. Winners will be notified on the day the contest ends via a direct message on Instagram and then an email. Winners will need to claim his or her prize and the prize may be forfeited if he/she doesn’t reply within 24 hours. The City of Miami Beach isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a contest entry on an account that is non-functional at the time of notifying the winner for the prize. Receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws, etc.
8. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest the City of Miami Beach is granted the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration. Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Consequences for entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others will result in the disqualification of the participant.
9. Terms & Conditions
The City of Miami Beach reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the control of the City of Miami Beach impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway. The City of Miami Beach reserves the rights to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as the rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Participant’s entry into this giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the City of Miami Beach and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize
11. Disputes
Participant agrees, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and the City of Miami Beach shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in the State of Florida, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, as well as all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
