Home based Business Requirements 

Required Documents:

• ​​Executed Lease Agreement or Recorded Warranty Deed or Bill of Sale
• ​​Articles of Incorporation
• ​​Federal Id Number
• ​​Fictitious Name Registration
• ​​Signed proof that the customer read and agrees to the regulations set by City of Miami Beach Resiliency Code 7.5.5.6

The following codes may apply:

• Occupational Code: 95000619 – Home Based Business
• Other codes based on Occupation (i.e Architect or Office) 

Notes:

• Besides the home based business requirements, the other codes may require additional documents, such as a bond, insurance, state license, etc.
