GO Bond 2018 Project

41 Street Corridor Revitalization Project

Project Overview:

The 41 Street Corridor Revitalization Project includes a new streetscape design aimed at improving pedestrian walkability through new branded pavement, expanding shade-tree canopy, and other landscaping. The project also aims to increase a sense of place with the creation of spaces with appropriate street furnishings, entrance features and artwork along the corridor.

This project is part of the city’s overall G.O. Bond program. The total project budget is approximately $15 million, which has been subdivided into tranches one and two.
