Bandshell Building Improvement

The Miami Beach Bandshell Renovation and Addition project. The project will renovate a portion of the existing facility and construct a new, approximately 2,000 square foot addition that will supplement the existing program by providing office and administrative spaces, production staging/green room, dressing rooms, restrooms, new loading dock, storage, ticket booth, café patio. Improvements to the existing facility’s back of house, include restrooms and dressing rooms, driveway and site modifications.

The construction documentation for the project is currently 60% complete and we are scheduled to receive the 90% submittal by the end of September 2026. The documents will be reviewed by City Departments and the permitting phase initiated. The city plans to issue the Invitation to Bid (ITB) in December 2026 and award a contract in the first quarter of 2027.
