Funded in part by the Arts and Culture General Obligation Bond and State of Florida Department of State: Cultural Facilities Grant, this project encompasses a comprehensive renovation of the existing 1,960 square foot single-story rotunda structure and an 895-square-foot addition. The renovation will include selective demolition, new interior finishes and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ADA compliance. The expansion will provide a welcoming entrance lobby, modern restrooms and utility space — all complemented by new exterior glazing and doors. Enhancements extend outdoors with new accessible concrete walkways, pedestrian LED lighting and revitalized landscaping and irrigation.
