North Beach Oceanside Park Beachwalk

Project Limits

North Beach Oceanside Park is located between 87 Street on the north, 79 Street on the south, Collins Avenue on the west and the beachwalk on the east, and contains approximately 26.0 acres. A Vision Plan was created with the input of stakeholders and City staff and includes: pedestrian entrances with new gates, shade structures with BBQ, pedestrian beach access, multi-use walkways with lighting, open sodded areas, landscape and irrigation.

Scope of Work

Complete the final link of the Beachwalk from South Pointe to the northern boundary of the city by extending the Beachwalk from 79 to 87 Streets.
