North Beach Oceanside Park spans nearly 28 acres between 79 and 87 streets along Collins Avenue and the recently completed Beachwalk. The park will undergo a series of improvements, including expanded pathways, revitalized landscaping, aesthetic upgrades to restrooms, ornamental entrance gates, irrigation, lighting, infrastructure, new playground equipment and refurbished picnic shelters. The section of the park from 79 to 83 streets will remain open as work continues. Park improvements will provide enhanced beach access and new amenities for the enjoyment of Miami Beach residents and visitors.
