Notes:
- If there is a change in use and number of units, (i.e. Apartment Building to Hotel) from the previous business tax receipt holder, new use (new building), or a change in the number of units, new Certificate of Use is required. Payment for additional rooms may be required. Â
- If there are any additional activities associated with the apartment building such as dock/boat slip/vending machines, etc. will also need to be added to the business tax certificate. Please see the associated business tax code for fees. Â
