You have the right to prevent solicitors from visiting your home.

 

If you wish to be removed from the No Solicitation list, please send an email request to CityClerk@miamibeachfl.gov 

Solicitor

Permitted Solicitation Hours

Monday–Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sundays & City Holidays: No solicitation allowed

Important: If you do not join the City’s No Solicitation List or place a “No Solicitation” sign, commercial solicitors may visit your property during permitted hours.

LEGAL NOTICE:

This ordinance applies only to commercial solicitation. It does not restrict political canvassing, religious speech, or other noncommercial activities protected under the First Amendment.
