Landscape Requirements
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE (NEW CONSTRUCTION)
On October 19, 2016 the City of Miami Beach (CMB) adopted a new Landscape Ordinance, Chapter 126 entitled Landscape Requirements. It is the intent of these regulations to establish minimum landscape standards for the City of Miami Beach that enhance, improve and maintain the quality of the landscape. These regulations are also intended to prevent the destruction of the city’s existing tree canopy and to improve the aesthetic appearance of new development.
