A Planning requirement is information or design which makes the intended improvement or use compliant with the City of Miami Beach Land Development Regulation.
Yes, Temporary Signs and Banner are allowed. Chapter 6, Article III of the City of Miami Beach Land Development Regulations provides guidance. Please visit the Planning Department webpage for a link to the Land Development Regulations.
Improvements which include electrical, plumbing or mechanical may also be regulated by the City of Miami Beach Land Development Regulations. As such, a Planning review is required.
