Motorized & manual wheelchair locations:

Availability:
November - January: 9am - 4:30pm
February - October: 9am - 6pm
First-come, first-serve. We recommend calling ahead at 305.673.7714
Information:
- See lifeguards for assistance upon arrival.
- Manual beach wheelchairs are not self-propelled; please bring someone to assist you.
- Usage is free, however, we require that you leave something of value to ensure the chair is returned. (Example: Your wheelchair, driver's license, etc.)
- Only manual beach wheelchairs are allowed to enter the water at a maximum depth of 6". For your safety, please stay near the shoreline.
- Motorized beach wheelchairs are not allowed in the water. For land use only.
- Mats are provided for a smooth access path to the beach with a continuous surface without gaps over the sand.
