—Ramps Up Safety and Wellness Efforts for a Healthier Spring Break—

Miami Beach, FL – The City of Miami Beach will hold a press conference on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. at Miami Beach Police Headquarters (1100 Washington Ave.) to outline its Spring Break plans, public safety measures and scheduled events for the month of March.

Mayor Steven Meiner, City Commissioners, and senior city and police officials will be joined by representatives from the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office and other partner agencies. Together, they will highlight coordinated efforts to ensure a safe and enjoyable Spring Break season for residents and visitors.

The entire month of March has been designated as a high‑impact period in Miami Beach, prompting enhanced traffic management, increased staffing and expanded public safety operations. The weekends of March 12–15 and March 19–22 are expected to draw the largest crowds, and more stringent measures will be in place during these peak periods.
