As a preview of the program, small business owners are invited to register here for a free public workshop on November 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Northeastern University in Miami.

This interactive session, presented by eMerge Americas in partnership with RebrandX, will help businesses prepare for the busy holiday season and build momentum heading into the new year. Participants will explore how to use AI tools, digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management to strengthen retention, attract repeat customers, and plan for long-term growth.

Attendees will walk away with a 90-Day AI Action Plan designed to carry their business from the holiday rush into 2026 with clarity and confidence.
