La Gorce Artistic Playground

This neighborhood playground, located at 6421 Alton Road, where Alton Road meets La Gorce Drive, will be completely redone in a jungle theme for area residents and their children to enjoy years into the future.

The La Gorce Park Playground Improvements Project will start with removing the existing playground materials and equipment. A new, artistic, jungle themed playground - geared for kids aged 2 to 12 - will be installed. The ground underneath and surrounding the new playground will also be a matching "poured in place" material design.

Playground improvements are expected to take approximately 4 months for completion, weather permitting. While work is underway, the La Gorce Park playground will be closed. Thanks for your patience and cooperation while the City of Miami Beach makes improvements in your neighborhood.
