Force Main Replacement Along Pine Tree Drive

Construction will span the Flamingo Waterway, starting at Pump Station #15, located at the intersection of Pine Tree Drive and La Gorce Drive, and continuing to the south side of the bridge near 49 Street and Pine Tree Drive.

This project is expected to be completed in Spring 2026, though timelines may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Lane closures will be temporarily implemented during each phase of construction.
• Residents will have continuous access to their driveways throughout the project.
• Moderate levels of construction noise are expected during the day.
• Construction equipment, machinery and workers will be present on the job site.
• 24/7 parking restrictions will be in place on northbound Pine Tree Drive between W 47 and W 51 Streets. Please adhere to posted signage to avoid enforcement measures.
• Parking restrictions on W 51 Terrace will remain in effect 24/7 as needed by the contractor for material storage and construction activities. Please follow the posted signage to prevent enforcement actions.

Construction activities will be executed in phases to minimize impacts on the surrounding neighborhood. Work hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with additional time subject to approval and community notification. Workdays and hours may be adjusted during holiday weeks.
