This project will revamp the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall, from Washington Avenue to Lenox Avenue. Work to consist of new lighting, refurbishing pedestrian surfaces, follies and water features, new street furnishings, healthy tree fertilization systems, milling and resurfacing pavement surfaces, and cross walk enhancements.
