—One of the world’s largest fitness festival runs from March 12-15 on the sand from 6-9 streets —
Miami Beach, FL – The 14th Gymreapers Wodapalooza descends on Miami Beach starting today through Sunday, March 15, bringing 40,000 fitness enthusiasts to enjoy the city’s world-famous hospitality while pursuing a healthier lifestyle amid the backdrop of white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.
“Miami Beach has redefined the spring break experience by leaning into the energy of Gymreapers Wodapalooza,” said Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner. “This festival represents the start of a new era for us, and thanks to the visionary efforts of our commission, our city is flexing to become a global fitness capital.”
Featuring an expo with more than 100 brands, Wodapalooza is the world’s largest fitness festival, attracting more than 2,000 athletes from around the globe. The public can participate in seminars, workshops and workouts, shop the vendor village, check out the elite competition and experience the festival atmosphere when the event opens on Thursday, March 12. Tickets are required for admission from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 15. The main festival entrance is on 8 Street and the beach.
This year, the City of Miami Beach and Commissioner David Suarez challenged local elected officials from South Florida to vie for the title, Fittest City Official in South Florida on Saturday, March 14 at 10 a.m. at 1001 Ocean Drive. Access to this portion of the event is free on 8 Street and the beach.
“The winner will earn bragging rights for an entire year while promoting a healthy lifestyle for his or her community,” added Miami Beach Commissioner David Suarez.
Miami Beach residents are also eligible for the following ticket discounts:
- 30% discount on all spectator tickets (on-site only, with proof of residency).
- 20% discount on VIP tickets (on-site only, with proof of residency).
- 50% discount for on-site competition registration.
