Enforcement
The City of Miami Beach Parking Enforcement division is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Parking regulations in the City. Vehicles will be cited and towed under certain conditions. If you suspect your car has been towed, please contact the Parking/Code Enforcement Hotline or the following City authorized towing companies. They will provide details on how you may retrieve your vehicle.

Note: Both towing companies accept cash, travelers checks, personal checks. Credit and debit cards are accepted from City of Miami Beach residents; debit cards are accepted from any resident of Miami-Dade County. Any such credit cards or debit cards must be presented at time of the transaction for payment, and such credit card or debit card must be in the name of the registered owner. The Permittee may require two (2) forms of identification, one of which shall be a government-issued ID.
