Parking Flood Relief Program
The City of Miami Beach Parking Department offers temporary parking accommodations in two of our municipal parking facilities, at no charge, for residents where street flooding may occur due to high tides and/or weather events. To participate in the program, you must reside within an area of elevation that is 2 feet North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) or less.
Parking is available at the following garages on a first-come, first-served basis:
Once registered, you will receive a notification via e-mail when a flood event is activated. Parking at no charge is only applicable when an active flood notification is in place. When activated you will receive an email notification notifying you of:
(1) potential flooding in your area; and
(2) start and end date of the flood program activation
Weather events and related flooding are unpredictable, we will make every effort to reasonably identify flooding events; however, due to the unpredictable nature of these events, we cannot guarantee timely notification. We shall make every effort to provide you with a parking space; however, space is limited. Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
