West Avenue Neighborhood Enhancements

Project Overview:

The West Avenue Neighborhood Improvements Project is a critical step to ensure that the roads on this corridor stay dry and walkable — not just on sunny days, but every day.  Sections of West Avenue are prone to flooding whenever there is a significant weather event or king tide.

The city has set aside significant funding to begin this crucial infrastructure improvements project, but we still need every property representative to sign a harmonization license agreement that allows the city’s contractor to work on private property in order to accomplish optimum best-case harmonization – creating a smooth connection between the existing property and the elevation of the new road.
