Palm & Hibiscus Islands Neighborhood Improvement Project

On this neighborhood project, the right of way is undergoing full construction. Work includes upgrades to lighting, pouring concrete valley gutters, improving the islands' drainage system, installing pump stations, raising the road, rebuilding the road and paving the road. CIP is fully revamping the area; when the project is complete, the neighborhood will have brand new roads, infrastructure, pump stations, a multi-purpose path for recreation and Hibiscus Island will be ready for the undergrounding of utilities.
