Street Performer Permit

The City of Miami Beach offers sixteen (16) designated locations for Street Performers to perform with a valid permit. Four (4) additional locations have been identified as part of a four month Pilot Program.

OR please visit the Miami Beach Customer Service Center to complete an application, pay the fee, and obtain the permit.
Permit Information:
The permit is valid in “all 16 zones” on a first come first serve basis
The permit has one fee of $193 (fee increases yearly per CPI) at time of application and permit is issued the same day
The permit is valid one year from date of issuance
