Project Limits

  • Muss Park Pavilion

Scope of Work

  • Demolishing the existing park pavilion (approximately 2,000 square feet)
  • Construction of a new park pavilion (approximately 4,000 square feet) to accommodate approximately 120 children
    • The new interior space will meet American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards
    • The new pavilion will include ADA restrooms, storage, a warming kitchen, office space, a reception area, a mechanical room and an air conditioning system
    • Installation of automatic bi fold doors to enclose the pavilion during inclement weather
  • Existing green space is to be maintained
  • Demolition and replacement of the existing seawall with a new sheet pile seawall and cap
  • New fencing, gates and new concrete walkways
  • New landscaping
  • New Irrigation upgrades
