Space rentals are available for Construction Projects, Film & Photo Productions, Special Events, and Valet purposes. A City of Miami Beach permit is required. Space rentals must be requested three (3) business days in advance, non-metered/residential areas will require five (5) business days notice. For more information you may contact us at 305.673.7505 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or you may email us at: parkingmeterrentals@miamibeachfl.gov. We are located at 1755 Meridian Avenue, Suite 200.
