Space Rentals
Parking space rentals are available for construction projects, film and photo productions, special events, moving needs, and valet operations. All rentals require a City of Miami Beach permit. Daily rates are as follows: Construction parking is $51 per space, Special Event parking is $35 per space, Film and Production parking is $18 per space, moving rental is $35 per space, and Valet parking is $46 per space. Please note that the parking permit is supplementary, and requestors must provide a valid permit from the Public Works/Building, Special Events, or Film departments when requesting parking spaces. Moving rentals are exempt from this requirement. Requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance, or fifteen (15) business days in advance for non-metered or residential areas.
