Polo Park & Tennis Courts

• 4-hour minimum for all rentals
• Field rentals require insurance, waivers, and a rental agreement
• Setup and clean-up time are included within the 4-hour rental (includes vendor setup and breakdown)
• Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours
• Fields are not available on holidays
• Additional costs may apply for field marking and setup preparation
• Prohibited decorations: Balloons and plastic/metallic items (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc.) in public marinas, parks, and beaches

Liability Coverage: $1,000,000 insurance certificate must state:

“The City of Miami Beach is an additional insured”

• Vendors must have Workman’s Compensation.
• If not, provide a letter on company letterhead stating exemption (less than 3 employees) and include event date, time, and location.
• No rental will be permitted without proper insurance
• Insurance certificate must be faxed two weeks prior to the event
• Events will not take place without approved insurance
• It is the responsibility of the renter and vendor to verify insurance approval
