Rental Fees
Rental fees vary depending on field / court type and location.
To reserve a sports field or court email Alan Alberta at alanalberta@miamibeachfl.gov.

Staffing Fees
$168 (4 hours) $42 each additional hour
Holidays $336 (4 hours) / $84 each additional hour
• Staffing fee may be required. Based on supervisors discretion. 

Other Information
• 4 hour minimum for rentals
• Field rentals require insurance
• Additional costs may be added for field marking and set up preparation.
• Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
• Setup and clean up time are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes set up and breakdown of all vendors.

Insurance Criteria
• One million dollar liability insurance certificate must state the following: “The City of Miami Beach is an additional insured”.
• In the box labeled certificate holder, the following must appear:

• Vendors must have Workman’s Compensation. If vendor do not have, they must provide a letter on company letterhead stating that they are not required because they have less than three (3) employees.  Letter must also specify date, time and location of party / event. No rental will be permitted without proper insurance.
• Insurance certificate must be faxed two weeks prior to party / event.  Parties / events will not take place without approved insurance.  It is the responsibility of the renter and vendor to verify that the insurance has been approved.

Rent these unique courts for your next event. Flamingo Park ’s handball/racquetball courts are one of the oldest and well-maintained in the country. Park consists of (6) outdoor one wall courts and (6) indoor/outdoor four wall courts. Available for rent, Monday - Sunday from 7 AM – 9 PM

Miami Beach Parks and Recreation’s traveling and intramural teams play and compete on this field. This gated area is also used for Parks and Recreation general activities. Available for rent Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 8 AM - 9 PM.

Plan your next game or event at the best baseball field in South Florida . The baseball field is home to the Miami Beach High Tides, our local high school, and plays host to the Adult South Florida Baseball League. Several baseball players from Major League Baseball (MLB) train on this magnificently maintained field during the off season. The stadium also features a grandstand and restrooms. Available for rent Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 8 AM - 9 PM.

In 2013, the Flamingo Park Memorial Football Field and track was renovated. Updates include renovation of the bleacher building, press box, restrooms and concession stand in compliance with ADA standards, installation of artificial turf and field drainage to accommodate for football and soccer games and an eight lane running track surfaced with material that is guaranteed to also withstand bikes and rollerblades. This field is used 12-months a year by a wide range of players that includes the Parks and Recreation Department, high school, civic leagues and charitable teams. Several NFL players train on this field during the off season. The football field is available for rent Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 8 AM - 9 PM.

Plan your next corporate or team-building event at the Flamingo Park, Polo Polo or North Shore Park softball field. Traveling and intramural teams play and compete on this field. The softball field is available for rent Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, Saturday - Sunday, 8 AM - 9 PM.
