Our programs are specially designed to allow every adult of any activity level to participate in a safe and inviting environment. Every Tuesday & Thursday, 9 AM – 10 AM
Fun outdoor soccer recreation program to stay active, bring out hidden talents, foster friendships, and improve mental health and physical health. Free for Seniors 65+, adults 55+ welcome. Limited capacity, pre-registration is recommended.
Free Fitness Center Hours:
We offer FREE use of the Fitness Centers at North Shore Park & the Scott Rakow Youth Center for Seniors 55+. Call NSPYC at 305.861.3616 or SRYC at 305.673.7767 for more information.
