Venue waivers are available for nonprofit arts organizations that will present performing arts activities in Miami Beach. These performing arts activities include: dance, film, theatre, opera, and music.
Community Benefit Fund Fee Waiver for The Miami Beach Bandshell
Six (6) rental waivers will be available for events taking place from January 2026 through June 2026. The remaining six (6) waivers will be available for events taking place from July 2026 through December 2026.
This waiver includes all Facility Rental Fees (up to $4,000 per day) and up to $2,500 in Technical Fees.
Community Benefit Fund Fee Waiver for Theater at the Colony Theater
The Cultural Arts Council may issue up to 12 rental waivers per calendar year to qualified nonprofit organizations for use of the Colony Theater.
For Theater Only. This waiver includes all Facility Rental Fees (up to $4,000 per day). No Technical Fees are included.
Community Benefit Fund Fee Waiver for SoundScape Wall
The Cultural Arts Council may issue up to 10 grants annually for the use of the SoundScape projection wall and sound system to qualified nonprofit organizations. Restrictions apply.

The Cultural Arts Council may issue up to 12 rental waivers per calendar year to qualified nonprofit organizations for use of The Fillmore Miami Beach.
