The City of Miami Beach is working to upgrade our utility billing system to provide a better user experience. Beginning Wednesday, October 1, 2025, customers will not be able to make any utility bill payments until the new system is up and running. The upgraded billing system is scheduled to go live on Monday, October 13, 2025.
