Utilizing State and Federal funds, the City acquired and maintains these properties to serve very low-, low- and moderate-income households. Funds are also utilized to rehabilitate the residential properties, in order to ensure property standards are in decent, safe and sanitary conditions. The following projects are currently underway:

Lottie Apartments Phase 2 Rehabilitation– Scheduled commencement date: TBD

Madeleine Village Apartments Rehabilitation– Completed March 2023

Madeleine Village Apartments Seawall Restoration- Completed March 2023

Corals Apartments Rehabilitation– Commenced December 2022

Neptune Apartments Phase 2 Rehabilitation– Commenced March 2023

2018 Affordable Housing List (1 bedroom applicants pending)

2015 Affordable Housing List (Currently contacting 1 bedroom applicant #390, 2 bedroom applicant #504 & 3 bedroom applicant #752)
